Tactile Medical MarTech Stack Redesign

MarTech Re-architecture Plan

  • My Role: Key business stakeholder from Marketing interfacing with Digital Services and IT to realize the next generation of Marketing Technology. 
  • Strategy hinges on a full-scale implementation of API-based content delivery system, Contentful to build the customer facing app, transform the external facing web experience, serve as a MDAM system, sales enablement tool and integrated with all reporting channels, NetSuite CRM and eventual automation platform to support the needs of Marketing.

Coloplast Marketing Technology Case Study

Challenge:

Take Coloplast Wound & Skin Care to a digital forward position by launching a more sophisticated forecasting and opportunity tracking system while supporting sales through omni-channel digital marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools to become more efficient and automated with our marketing. 

The Marketing Stack

  • Website campaign landing pages produced on Wordpress. 
  • Showpad Sales enablement platform launch to a sales team of approximately 100 professionals - including architecture, project management, development, training and maintenance
  • Salesforce implementation for the field that consisted of project lead for Wound & Skin Care architecture, lead management, admin roles and reporting for the division
  • Constant Contact email delivery until we migrated over to Marketo for email delivery and automation
