Event Management & Execution

2020 Coloplast Wound & Skin Care NASM

Event planning, creative, theme development and executive producer for the 2020 North America Sales Meeting. In 2020, due to COVID-19 lockdown the event was held virtually. The NSM was held on-site at the Mpls Event Center with limited production crew and strict safety protocols. This was mostly a live on-air event, with production cue-to-cue and a full 3-day script, which I wrote and directed 

2019 Coloplast Wound & Skin Care NASM

The 2019 N.A. Sales Meeting was held on-site in San Diego, CA for 125 sales, marketing and commercial support professionals.  

Credits: Event planning direction, creative execution including graphics and video production

2018 Coloplast Wound & Skin Care NSM

 The 2018 National Sales Meeting was held on-site in Austin, TX for approximately 105 sales, marketing and commercial support professionals.  

Credits: Event planned and project managed entire show from agenda creation to awards show and creative execution 

Coloplast Trade show Management

Managed all conferences for the Wound & Skin Care division including event management, marketing/advertising, and promotions. Promotions included: Floor stickers, poster wraps, unique door-drops, and geo-fence digital advertising within the conference walls.

Booth sizes included 10x10, 10x20, 30x40

Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA)

The Heart Failure Society of America is one the leading conferences for the latest information and clinical data on heart failure. In preparation for this event, the company was in transition at the time and budget was very limited. Even though the resources and budget were minimal, the company had good booth presence and generated quality leads for the sales team to follow through on.

  • Booth Space 10x10
  • Limited Marketing activity due to budget. Held dinners with prospective clients and marketing handouts
  • Credits: Managed all elements from Event Planning to Graphic Design/copy to setup and tear down

World Aviation Training Symposium (WATS) 2013

The World Aviation Training Symposium was the main conference for the Technologies business unit at Aerosim, Inc. The event generated many airline leads and set the course for business activity every year at Aerosim. My role was to ensure the brand, advertising, and marketing activities were executed properly. From January to April, preparing for the WATS event became a very stressful but exciting timeframe for planning and executing all the marketing mix. My first event was in 2011 and my last was in 2014. Every year, the Aerosim presence grew bigger and better from brand presence and product launches to sales.

  • Booth Space 20x20
  • Key Elements: New brand look and new product launch (ETHOS)
  • Sponsorship: Sponsored the event golf tournament, wifi/ digital cafe. This featured and promoted the launch of aerosim.com
  • Happy Hour Event / Giveaway: Happy hour event to drive booth traffic. We raffled off a $200 Cirrus SR20 airplane that was Aerosim Branded
  • Credits: Managed all elements from Event Planning to Product Marketing and Website launch

Be a Pilot Career Expos - Aerosim Flight Academy

The BeAPilot Career Expo was a company branded event that grew exponentially in 2013 and 2014. We saw incredible success with these intimate events that drove actionable leads. We held the main campus, BAPCE event twice a year then went on tour the rest of the year. These events were incredible for so many reasons: Brand awareness in the digital space due to all the social media and Google advertising, content marketing generated, SEO equity, lead generation with more qualified leads, and brand awareness in these key locations and targets
