Managed all conferences for the Wound & Skin Care division including event management, marketing/advertising, and promotions. Promotions included: Floor stickers, poster wraps, unique door-drops, and geo-fence digital advertising within the conference walls.

The Heart Failure Society of America is one the leading conferences for the latest information and clinical data on heart failure. In preparation for this event, the company was in transition at the time and budget was very limited. Even though the resources and budget were minimal, the company had good booth presence and generated quality leads for the sales team to follow through on.
The World Aviation Training Symposium was the main conference for the Technologies business unit at Aerosim, Inc. The event generated many airline leads and set the course for business activity every year at Aerosim. My role was to ensure the brand, advertising, and marketing activities were executed properly. From January to April, preparing for the WATS event became a very stressful but exciting timeframe for planning and executing all the marketing mix. My first event was in 2011 and my last was in 2014. Every year, the Aerosim presence grew bigger and better from brand presence and product launches to sales.
The BeAPilot Career Expo was a company branded event that grew exponentially in 2013 and 2014. We saw incredible success with these intimate events that drove actionable leads. We held the main campus, BAPCE event twice a year then went on tour the rest of the year. These events were incredible for so many reasons: Brand awareness in the digital space due to all the social media and Google advertising, content marketing generated, SEO equity, lead generation with more qualified leads, and brand awareness in these key locations and targets
